TANNER WIETHORN

Tanner focuses his practice on a broad range of transactional matters, with emphasis on serving as outside general counsel to businesses across diverse industries. He advises clients on aspects of corporate governance, commercial contracts, and day-to-day legal matters that arise in the course of operating a business. Prior to joining McFadden Trachtenberg, Tanner practiced in the corporate transactions group of a large, nationally-recognized law firm. Before that, he served as in-house counsel for a prominent engineering firm based in Houston.
