VERONICA ROSSITTO
Veronica is an experienced corporate attorney. Her practice is focused on providing strategic and practical advice to clients involved in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, corporate governance, business contract negotiations, trademarks, and private equity offerings. She has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, hospitality, professional services, technology, and real estate.
Veronica’s primary goal in every transaction is to protect clients from potential liability. The first few years of her career were spent in the courtroom as a commercial litigator. While litigation can be a useful tool, she became drawn to helping clients by anticipating potential problems before they turn into major disputes. Her prior litigation experience affords her the unique ability to recognize issues in business transactions and reduce the risk of future litigation for clients.

Fun Facts
Veronica is known for her karaoke skills and buffalo herding abilities. She and her husband also enjoy agility training with their dogs. Their oldest dog won two AKC titles at his first-ever agility competition in April 2021. They plan to do more agility competitions in the future, and eventually train in other dog sports as well.
