Haley is a skilled labor and employment attorney. Her primary focus is on counseling clients on a wide array of employment-related issues including, hiring, onboarding, compensation, discipline, terminations, and workplace accommodations. She has represented clients in matters involving federal and state wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, and noncompete agreements. She regularly conducts internal investigations and audits of her clients’ employment practices, and enjoys providing trainings to human resource personnel, managers, and other employees. She is also experienced in negotiating and drafting a variety of employment contracts.
During law school, Haley served as an Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review and interned for the Honorable Judge David Hittner of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
